When and How

We will be starting sometime in 2024 with centers in Mexico and Costa Rica. In 2025 we plan to expand to Brazil, Bali, and one other location. With our coherent team growth model we hope to be able to then build 8 centers at once, then 16, then 32 and so on. This is just a projection as we cannot grow faster than our systems allow us to remain in synergy and coherency. Risks and Rewards

Risks: We have limited all risk down as minimal as humanly possible. We are backing all monetary contributions with real property and you will have the ability to sell your residency spot at any time. In fact, we will help you replace your residency spot from the wait list if any changes occur.

Rewards: We hope living a life surrounded by like-minded people learning to coherently collaborate will be the biggest reward of all who enter the network. On top of this, anytime you are not able to be present in your Residency we will put your “spot” into our rental pool. Our locations, programs, and network will provide a high occupancy return model that will help ensure maximum R.O.I. for those who wish to rent out their residency in lieu of occupancy - (Limit of one Year Round Residency per person).   • Family Centers will appear within the next year in which families can grow together, connect, create a shared education roadmap for our future stewards, and co-create the lifestyle that is in balance with nature in which we all want for the youth. Share practices that help cultivate the youth to know themselves better and helps empower them to find the answers to life that are missing in current society.

Want to apply to become a Resident?

Residents will be chosen based on synergy and not a pre-determined set of conditions, so there is no pass or fail. We will only be accepting 8 applicants for 2024 and we already have a good amount of interested parties before we have even broken ground. So if you feel aligned, please fill the form out as soon as possible to be sure not to miss your chance to enter in 2024. We plan to accept 16-24 residents in 2025.

3 months into the first buildout is when we will send out final approvals for all who made it into the first phase. Even if you miss this opportunity, you may schedule a visit when we are built out.
